  1. How do I use care coupons?

    Care Coupons make it easy to access high-quality home care services at a discounted rate. Simply call the 800 number or fill out the online form and we take care of the rest!. We will help you choose a trusted agency in our network based on your specific needs, location, and preferences. Once you begin service, you’ll automatically qualify for a rebate after three months of continuous care.

  2. Does insurance cover home care services?

    This is a common point of confusion. Medicare typically covers medical home health services, such as skilled nursing or therapy, but it does not cover private-duty caregivers who assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, or companionship. Private home care services are usually paid out-of-pocket or through long-term care insurance.

  3. What if I want to use an agency that isn’t in the Care Coupons network?

    We work exclusively with vetted, top-rated agencies to ensure you receive the best care; however, if you have an agency that you already have in mind then we will do our best to get you a rebate for that agency. Please let our operators know that you have a specific agency you would like to use and we will reach out to them on your behalf.

  4. How will I receive my rebate and how much do I qualify for?

    Your rebate will be issued after the third full month of service. The amount is based on the number of hours of care you receive during your first month of service based on a $1.50 per hour rebate up to $500.

    For example: if you require 45 hrs per week for your first month of service then you will receive $270 ( 45 x 4 =160 hrs) x ($1.5) = $270. If you require 85 hours per week then you will receive $500 (85 x 4= 340 hrs) x ($1.5) = $510 maximum rebate of $500
